Yum! Yum! Gonna have some!

Why I'm posting here do you know if dogs can have honeybells?

Eddy, who had been sound asleep after dinner, suddenly awoke as I brought in the box of honeybells.  Followed me as I put the box down in front of fridge, sniffing it and licking his chops!  Then he layed in wait as I placed a dozen honeybells in the fridge drawer.  He is now guarding the fridge, patiently awaiting to bite into a plump, juicy honeybell:  guess we'll have to share.....

@eddyandme What a cute post I hope you both enjoy them. Someone gave me a few of them last year, and i was not impressed at all they were sour!

@Reconnaissant@manny2

Eddy likes them!  Just gave him three sections and he enjoyed!

I only tasted the juice in my hand and it was nicely sweet.

@eddyandme.  Too much acid from citrus may upset his stomach.

Here's a handy guide by AKC as to which fruits/veggies are good for dogs and which ones aren't:

Fruits and Vegetables Dogs Can or Can't Eat – American Kennel Club (akc.org)
