Mostly what I got out of that was that mommy was having a lot more fun making a video and giggling at the kid’s brave plight than the frustrated kid was getting a face full of dog spit and trying to go down steps he barely knew how to do without 10 wriggling doggies in the way. 20 seconds viewing was enough to make me want to rescue him and carefully help him learn to just manage petting one little dog.  Just till he got more confidence about steps and dogs.

But what do I know? I’m supposed to think puppies overwhelming kids or vice versa is always a cute scenario?

No, I’m a curmudgeon who thinks kids are not video props.

I think the video was adorable. Who ever was taking the video was right there. No harm.
