@BostonMommy She is a long haired Chihuahua. Lilly was a long haired Chihuahua as well but she was never this small. Penny is only 2.4 lbs and she is about 4 months old. The vet said she should get to about 4 lbs. She eats good and is full of energy but was afraid I would step on her. She's so fast. You can tell she's growing because her markings are changing. She had a circle on her side and now it's an oval.
