I am so very sorry.  Your fur baby will always be a part of you.

We lost 2 in 18 months.  An older dog in pain, and a 1 yr old to a tumor.

I have my story to tell.  I feel safe sharing with this community.  My sweet girl Ginger, white miniature poodle, passed almost six years ago.  My baby, my bff.

A few months later, I noticed a lighter colored spot on my carpet near where she slept.  My carpet is a darker shade and this was definitely lighter in color.  Nothing was spilled, it's just DH and I.  Some days it was lighter than others.

 I believe that she is lying there in our LR and she must have a glorious light on her that now leaves its mark.  You can think I'm crazy, but I see what I see 🐩❤️.

I miss our Golden Retriever SOOOOOOOOOO much.  To us, she was the sweetest, most loving, wonderful dog on the planet.  She was 9.5 years when we lost her suddenly.  I've read about SO many Goldens living til 12 or 13 and we just assumed ours would.  There's a hole in my heart.
