Oh my gosh I do!!! She knows it too. When someone else says how cute she is, I just say, I told her to put her cute face on today and they say, well she sure did!! LOL

@feline groovy, my Golden Doodle is what must would call standard. Dad was a fairly good sized Golden, mom was a Standard Poodle. They told me he would grow to be 75#, which is the size I was looking for. Well, one of the big dog genes misfired and he is full grown at 43#!
Which turned out to be perfect for me since I moved into town. And he gets to be a lap dog at that size!!!

Over the years I've had cocker spaniels, lhasa apsos and shih tzus and I've said "you're so cute" to them many times a day. Right now I've got a little black and white shih tzu and I say it to him constantly. His brother went to Rainbow Bridge last year and I said it to him constantly. I'm so glad I did. My furbabies are my kids and it's my way of telling them I love them so much.

You sound exactly like me and my guy! I love to sing to him, dance with him, smooch him all up.........
Oh, and my guy smiles, too, especially when he is running to me......actually a crooked grin.
What would we do without them?????

Poppi, eldest sparrow - I tell him he is handsome, smart and my miracle bird. He just turned 10 and was my first hand raised bird. I still can't get over the miracle the lived and has made it to 10 years of age.
Grayson, pigeon - I call him Mr. Man or Big Daddy. He's manly and kind of pushy (I don't think he recognizes me as the head of the flock). I tell him he is smart and full of personality. I also call him my miracle bird, because he showed up at my back door, tore up from the floor up and I wasn't sure he was going to live. He's 6.
Presto, youngest sparrow - I call her mama's girl. I tell her that she is beautiful, feisty and smart. She is the most interactive (without trying to dominate me like Grayson). I call her God's gift. She's 2.
I tell each of them that I love them multiple times a day. I also tell them that I am the luckiest mama in the world to have them in my life.
Honestly, it's like living in a Disney movie :-)

The little guy in my avatar was a hoot. Whenever you talked baby talk to him ("Aren't you the prettiest boy?") he'd fall over...then roll and stretch. Then yawn. Used to put on a whole show. Sometimes if he were near a wall, he'd prance around and hit his head against the wall. What a goofball.
Milliecat was different. If you told her she was a pretty girl, she'd look at you like, "Well, of course I am, Silly!" LOL

oh like so many times I can't even count! My pets are a HOOT! Each one has his/her own personality and knows how to work the cuteness scale to the max.

I tell mine "you're such a sweetie dog" and kiss his head. He gets all insulted cuz he's so proud. But that's on the outside ... I imagine on the inside he's wagging his tail.

He would have been a lap dog at 75 lbs., too!
Large and XL dogs seem to think that way.
I would have also been hoping for a big one, the bigger the better hehe.
But I'm glad that you two were destined. 8)
