I had the name before I had my baby girl. I wanted a Yorkie to name Khloe. And I got her sooner than I wanted but am so glad she came into my life. I’m her 3rd owner, she was a year 4 months and she is now 4 years old. Here she is on my lap.

When I was a kid we had a huge unabridged dictionary with pages of names in the back.  Turn to the back, flip the pages and point to a name; hence the name Zephie.

Our last two bengals were easy - our kitten had been named Rocko by the breeder's helper, so we got used to calling him that.  He did have many nicknames - Rockman, Rockmeister, Rocko Bengali, Draco (after Draco Malfoy when he was naughty) and Weasel (because he was long and skinny).

We later adopted his great grandma when she was retired and she was Millie (aka Millwood Millie of San Souci).

The only two other cats of note were a white cat named Popcorn (because, as a kitten he would pop up into the air when he was startled) and a pure black shelter cat I named Magic, but she quickly became Shadow because she followed me everywhere.
