Ive been feeding my kitty wellness wet cat food for many years now. Considering some health issues, Im compelled to look for other options and make food at home. It doesnt seem like a very easy process upon researching because there is soooo much information and its super overwhelming. Since I lover my kitty like my own daugher, Im willing to go the extra mile to feed her well.
So my question to furparents:
Do any of you make your furbaby's food at home? If so, what recipes do you use?
And have you seem any health benefits for doing so?

@mintedrose - First, talk to your veterinarian, who will be able to give you advice. You want to make sure you include the right nutrients. Kitties can have a lot of problems if the balance is off. Your veterinarian knows your kitty and what will be best for her.
There are also companies that deliver right to your home. DH has always recommended Chewy, which is actually owned by PetSmart. They have everything from food to toys. Good luck!

We have been making homemade food for 2 years, highly recommended! We use the dog food recipes, this also has cat recipes, easy, and nutritious.
