I would add coconut oil. Buy organic cold pressed and put in his meals.

The box I would need is 110.00 and it lasts for 16 meals..... feed twice a day that is o nly 8 days?? and I have two BIG labs. That would be 825.00 a month.... Umm YA...No can do!!
Yes, not cheap- I have 3-4 giant breed dogs (they are about twice the size of labs) at any given time but it has been amazing the changes we've seen in them since using it and we always get it on sale. But we each have to make those choices what is best for our budget and our pets. Good luck to you!
825.00 a month is a LOT for dog food for 2 dogs, for us at least, we make a good, honest living but not that good! I will ALWAYS feed my dogs the very best I can, I treat them like they are my children but even if I did have kids, I'm not even sure it would cost 825.00/month to feed them... 10K a year in food....just a FAR stretch for us. I'm looking into a few right now and also plan to try some samples of a few I have found. Thank you so much for your feedback and your pups are so lucky
I actually think I am the lucky one! Like I said though, I always get it on sale and I am part of their conceirge club which has discounts and free boxes when you buy so much. On some of the rescues we rehab that need to be on kibble too, we add some of this to the kibble. That saves cost but gives them more nutrition and even doing it that way, we've seen amazing changes in their issues. I hope you find something that works well for your dogs.
Oh and regarding the ****** gland issue, you can also have them expressed at the vets once in a great while (or even have them show you how to do it yourself but it is super nasty and you have to make sure you are fully protected for what will happen, lol). Some dogs just have an issue with this and it has nothing to do with their diet or anything. Usually vets only charge around $20 or so do it and you don't need to do it weekly or anything, like maybe once a month. My vet even has a stamp card for this, lol, buy 8 and get one free, lol. She has the same for nail clipping too, lol.
