I've seen that picture on Facebook every now and then.  To be honest, my first thought is always that I hope whoever took that picture, maybe just to make a few bucks off of social media, is taking that poor baby to the veterinarian to get his/her eyes looked at. Cats eyes don't water up like that from emotions. I think it is a medical problem.

I am  happy for this beautiful cat being rescued and given a new home.  May it thrive in its new environment and be loved and cared for !!!

Even though his eyes may still water, once he is embraced by love in his new home he will look very happy.

I think the photo is adorable, regardless. . . Our 12 rescues in our home today all voted on it, along with the 6 kittens that are here waiting to be picked up to go back to their rescuer's home. . . they are frightened - but I told them they are not allowed to cry.

@DSD2 - I love this photo, have seen it a few times on several of our rescue groups' pages. The flat eyes are a killer!!

@PhilaLady1  That was my Pessimistic self's first thought.  His pupils are HUGE.  Like someone put drops of dilator in his eyes.  Not tears.

fervent wishes cat is in a loving home now.

the pic just makes me very sad 😢.  I sure pray he has a loving home now and will only know for the rest of his life.
