I am so happy for you. I have a 4 year old sable sheltie. My husband and I are in our 70's and when one of our shelties passed away I did not want to go through the heartbreak anymore but my husband talked me into it. So Louie is number 5 for us. He is very territorial though. His intelligence and devotion makes up for it. I would post a picture but do not know how. Keep us posted as your puppy grows.

He's adorable! It's a good thing puppies are SO cute... otherwise we might lose our patience with them. One look in their precious eyes and all is forgiven. ENJOY!

@AbbyK Aww...beautiful puppy! Puppyhood goes too fast IMHO.

We lost our 20 year old cat a few months ago, and DH and I decided we would not get another cat. (We have 2 dogs). However, I am losing my resolve...I still miss him very much and it is not getting any easier with the passage of time.
