Have you tried those bootie things for dogs?

I think its hard to find ones that fit and don't fall off and are comfortable but maybe some knit ones with padding on the bottom?

@Skyegirl  I'm sorry your little girl suffers so much in this weather. Someone else suggested trying booties.  I have read they're very hard to fit, but it seems like it would be worth a try.

OTB, I thought about booties.  I bought some for my last dog (cost more than my shoes, lol!), and he would have nothing to do with them... so hesitating to try again. But they are much cheaper now, so probably worth a try- thanks for your thoughts and happy new year! 🐕🌺
