Anyone have anything quick and easy for animal hair on hardwood floors?

I used to use the dry swiffers, but when I ran out I switched to the vacuum.

I use a swiffer too and also a damp sponge works well on furniture for removing hair quickly.

I use my cordless Hoover Linx vacuum.  Works like a charm for me.

My cannister vac works best.   (I don't use a "tool" on the end of the wand).

I use a cordless Dyson.  It does a fabulous job cleaning up the dog hair on the hardwood floors.  It stays charged up for about 25 minutes.  It was worth the investment for me.  I love it.

I am very pleased with my Don Astlett duster/mop. The one I purchased had a variety of type of washable pads for cleaning and dusting. This one has a wide head so it really is quick to use. The cleaning/dusting pads last for a very long time. Mine take a beating because I have a lot of floor space, dogs, kids, etc. I swear by the Don Astlett line of products.

I use the dry Swiffer for hardwood, too.  For furniture, I used the Pledge side to side hand sweeper.  I cant find them in any of the stores.  Luckily, I kept one but does anybody know what happened to them?  Where can I get more?
