When we had Sadie, too, having 2 beagles in the bed seemed to take up and a lot of room. They also snored louder than DH and moved around a lot during the night. I'm a light sleeper.

Now that it's just Molly, we trained her to stay at the foot of the bed on HER special blanket. Sometimes she creeps up towards our pillows sometimes, but we try to be firm and send her back to her place.

The big issue now is shedding and pollen! We do have wipes to clean her off at bedtime and try to furminate and bathe her once a week. It does help some.

Anyone else have furbabies in their bed?

We have a 220 lb boy (dog) and a 16 lb. boy (cat) that sleep with DH. I however, sleep on the family room couch. We do have three other bedrooms I could sleep in, but they all would just migrate there. Anyway, at bed time, DH takes them upstairs and shuts the door so I can get some rest otherwise they would take over the couch.

At 100lbs, my dog has her own bed near mine.

The two cats do grace me on my bed with their presence on and off during the night.

We have two chi chis. One is hot natured and sleeps on the floor most nights. The other one is always with me in bed or wherever else I am. He's my shadow.

I’m Italian so it’s ‘Italian Law’ that we drink copious amounts of it.

It’s especially helpful when you’ve been married 54 (I think it’s 54—could be 55—I forget) years.
