Keep warm everyone ! My Snickers searches the drainage culverts daily for hiding cats. (Especially the one under our driveway). I tell her the cats are inside and warm.

I certainly hope they are! There aren't any feral or homeless cats that I'm aware of on my street. Neighbors have indoor/outdoor cats mostly.
When I was growing up we lived on a busy road and there was an ally also. Our cats would be hit and repaired by our Veterinarian whose office was just down the street.

Later, I kept my Siamese cat inside but he walked on a leash. He was too clumsy to climb trees!
