Sunday Afternoon Greetings to...

Finally have a chance to catch up

with posting on my favorite threads

as my presence has been somewhat

limited this week.

I have a friend who is helping

her daughter move to Florida

(we live in NY) so I've been going

to her home to care for her elder

kitty while she's away.I get there

by 8:00 A.M. so that I can spend

extra time with her before my day

"begins" and return again in the late

afternoon.

Thankfully there have been no

vile snowstorms to deal with since

February 15th...only lots of rain

which is helping to melt the massive

piles of frozen snow still on the ground.

I can finally see all of my driveway again!

I made a donation to the Houston

ASPCA.They are "boots on the ground"

...making sure that they are caring

for the animals in their shelter,their

hospital and their wildlife center as

well as countless other animals in need.

Wishing all of you a peaceful remainder

of the last day of February.
