cornish games hens are defrosting in fridge today

will remove the wrapper tomorrow - still felt rock hard

spinach defrosted - will sautee the mushrooms and all the other stuff 

for the spanakopita- so niece will fill the phyllo triangles thursday

will cut up the 14 granny smith apples - cooked them down - bake the shell

fill - finish baking off thursday morning

once i was cutting some raw ones

she snatch one off the cutting board and ran off with it

the sirens made me so uneasy

the anxiety was overwhelming when so much was unknown

i know this sounds terrible - but then, it was a 1 way trip

now, with more knowledge, most can recover
