There is a suet feeder you can purchase that allows the bird to only feed by hanging from the bottom of it. Woodpeckers, chickadees, titmice etc easily learn to use it. Starlings have a much harder time. Keeps them from monopolizing the feeder. I believe Amazon carries then.

Here's an example of GOOD bird feeder etiquette!!!  I see this every day at my bird feeder--the male cardinal feeding the female succulent seeds!!

@fortune , love to see the male cardinal feeding his mate...I have lots of them here.
