I am so very sorry to learn that Grady’s time with you here has ended. From reading your heartbreakingly eloquent post I know that you don’t need confirmation that you did the right thing. Our animals bring out the best in us, as difficult as that may seem at times. It was evident from your postings that Grady had the best life with you, as you did with him, and that you all appreciated your time together.

I do offer my sincere condolences, as I know how empty your home is now. You will always have your memories, but they lack that warm fuzzy nudge, cold wet nose and wagging tail that was so much a part of your day. Sending comforting thoughts and prayers to you and your family.
