I just reported the details of this animal abuse story to two local news networks. They had not yet heard the story and are interested in covering it. Please call your local news networks as well. If my local news stations haven’t heard about it maybe yours haven’t as well. Let’s hit these filmakers in their pocketbook so others will think twice about mistreating animals.

Update: The movie Crazy Alien is funded by a Chinese company called Dirty Monkey Film Group (Thank God it’s not an American company!) The cast is made up of some well known American actors and actresses that have spoken out against the cruel treatment of the dog. PETA is calling for a boycott of the sci-fi film and requesting that the film’s cast donate their salaries to Chinese animal rights charities. PETA is also pushing for the scene to be cut from the movie and for director Ning to be barred from working with animals ever again. The movie is to be released in English and Chinese, but a release date is now on hold.
