Vets are not required to do nail tims or other services for FREE, regardless of how much money a client has paid in the past for services.

Maybe not required--but after a client paying over $1500,  a $30 nail trim for free is good business and takes maybe 5 minutes of a techs time and a good clipper. I appreciate that and tell them so.
