Wow, that's unbelievable how much that cloud resembles a dog's face!

Thank you for this timely post.

Wednesday night my canine soulmate Chlesea succumbed to the spinal tumor that paralyzed her the beginning of January. She was a large Golden Retriever and my husband and I wanted to do right by her until she was ready to cross the rainbow bridge.  Chelsea still had a sparkle in her eyes and a very good appetite.

Over her 13 years on earth, her bond with me was incredible,  as if she understood every word I said to her. She was also my canine nurse after two separate total hip replacements, as well as my physical therapist taking our daily walk abouts in the garden.

At 10:15 pm sitting on her special bed in the kitchen, she started making an unusual woofing, alerting our little shih tzu who immediately came to sit by her side. I called my husband and the three of us were there. We petted her and spoke comforting words and then she had a seizure which lasted only a minute or two and took her last breath.

This may sound crazy, but over the past two weeks or so, I began to notice that my shih tzu was following me around, sitting by my side. Taking Chelsea's place as though Chelsea had telepathically sent her messsge to look after her mumzie.

Our pets are sent by God to give us love and companionship, we are truly blessed.

Sorry to hear about Chelsea.  You will meet up with her again sometime in the future.

Happy to hear you have your Shihtsu to hold on to.
