@qualitygal   When I saw "Village People" in the subject line, I immediately thought of the song "YMCA" with the arm gestures that spell out the name.  The cat is making the letter "Y" to be followed by th M-C-A. That's how I interpret.

If you haven't seen many of them, google Bengal Cats. 

I would consider getting one but they are much more active and rambunctious than domestic cats.  You should have a back yard or large areas for their  active natures.
