Great photo!  I wonder How they got it? 

My guess is that they are after the Minerals in the rock.  Sorta like a salt lick.

 DEFINE: Nimble as a mountain goat...

My best guess is a camera on a drone, and the camera has a telephoto lens ... ?  That's all that comes to mind.

@Tinkrbl44  I hope it was a telephoto lens.  A drone could get closer but the buzzing motor might be a distraction at an inopportune moment.

Must have taken some set up to scout those goats route and have the  equipment in place for when the "shot" presented itself.
