What an uplifting story!  It brought a smile to my face and a tear to my eye as I read.  I am so happy the dog found a couple with kindness and compassion in their hearts and have given the dog a loving home!!!!!  It makes me feel so good when I read these type stories as tragically there are so many opposite animal stories.

 

Every state should have a harsh  anti animal abuse law which holds people responsible for any animal abuse and protects pets.  There needs to be punishment for such people who many times transition to people abuse.

 

God bless this couple for saving this animal and to all out there who are always fighting for those without voices.

The number of dogs who need loving forever homes is heartbreaking.  Both of my dogs are rescues from shelters.  Everytime I give one a kiss on the top of its head, I remind them that there are dogs in shelters who've never had a kiss or even a name.
