The tsv is a great price for those huge sizes. I do wish they would make the velvet mesquite in the larger pump bottles as well. It gets harder to squeeze product out of those tubes as you get to the end.

I will be buying the TSV. It's definitely a great price. I was really disappointed when I received the Advanced Volume 32 oz. shampoo and conditioner in May because they changed the pumps for the bottles. They used to be substantial pumps and you only needed to pump one or two times to get enough product out of the bottle. The new pumps are tiny and cheap. Of course the tube goes all the way to the bottom, but the part you push is tiny. You have to pump about 8 times to get enough product out. It's very annoying. Fortunately I had just finished my previous bottles so I still had the original pumps to put into the new bottles.

I'm sure this was QVC's way to save money

I decided to let Nick know that I was unhappy with the cheap dinky pumps so I went to his website, nickchavezbeverlyhills.com and clicked on customer service. I sent an email on July 4th. I actually got a reply within 2 hours!! On a holiday!! Amanda asked for my mailing address and said she would send me out the original full size pumps. I offered to pay for them, but she just sent them out. She said they can't change the size of the pumps that will be with the TSV bottles, but she will definitely bring this issue to the attention of the appropriate people. Now THAT's good customer service.

Nick and the people who work for and with him do genuinely care about their customers, and I'm so happy that came through in your contact with them. Definitely long-lasting. I purchased this same formula back in late December - same large size and I am only around half-way through. I really thought I'd need to wash every day switching back to regular shampoo and conditioner but I'm glad that it wasn't the case at all.

@ctinaw, I'm so glad you tried the Advanced Volume products and are so happy with them. They are great .... it's true that you don't have to shampoo with this everyday (actually it's better for your hair if you don't have to shampoo everyday), and Nick's products are highly-concentrated so a little goes a long way. My color-treated hair loves these products.

Got my TSV a few days ago, as usual I am loving Nick's stuff! Anyone else having success too? Still cannot get over what a great buy all that product is!

@Jacie, I'm so glad you're loving Nick's products! My TSV is supposed to arrive tomorrow, so looking forward to it. My hair has been "success" since I started using Nick's products years and years ago. I agree, this TSV was a really incredible value -- if I wasn't single, I probably wouldn't have done just the one-time shipment, but this will last me 1-2 years, I think, and I just opened a new shampoo/conditioner in the last month. I'll be stocked up for awhile!
