OK, I will be the one to say this.

 

Could be she wears it to show, if there is another grandma, that SHE is the grandma.  The other grandmother will have to have another name other than grandma to be called.

 

It does happen in families.

Without reading the other replies, I think it would send the message that "I'm the grandma and I'm going to do what I WANT, if that means feeding them candy, keeping them up til all hours, spoiling them," etc.

 

I wouldn't wear it.

I think this hoodie was created to be fun, cute, etc.

 

Many Grandmas have their own thoughts about various subjects involving kids. 

 

Some are not completely 100 per cent nicey-nicey.  (Too-too nice, too permissive, etc.)

 

Some/Many try to teach the youngsters 'right from wrong', safety-wise, being polite, etc.  

 

So, looking at this sweatshirt in that way, I think it's cute!

 

 

 

 

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).
