My kids stopped seeing the pediatrician at 18, when they went off to college. After that they were seen by either the university healthcare professionals or our family doctor.

My pediatrician moved when my kids were probably around 8 or 9...after they saw family doctors.

Take time every day to enjoy where you are without a need to fix it

Some pediatricians will see patients until 21.
