I'm sitting on the balcony of our stateroom on Adventure of the Seas. Jamie is exploring the ship. Weather is dreary in Galveston but I don't care.

The city of Raleigh tweeted a picture of a deer inside the store along with two firefighters.
“Was she there to pick up some fawn-dant to ice a cake? Or maybe some elk-a-seltzer for a stomach ache?” the city tweeted. “We’ll never know.”
It happened at the Food Lion at 1121 Falls River Ave.
Lt. Scott Simon and firefighter Collin Earl responded to the store.
"Our first thought was to try and grab something to try and lure it out," Simon said. "We spotted, we were walking down the bread aisle, and we grabbed a package of hamburger buns.
"She was not interested in the hamburger buns."
Simon said a customer then tried using an apple and a carrot.
"That seemed to be a little more incentivizing to the deer, and eventually, we were able to get it to turn around and just bring it outside the store," Simon said.
Simon said he and Earl tried to get the dear heading toward the woods across Falls River. Everyone inside the store was safe, Simon said.
"Expect the unexpected," Earl said. "You never know when you're going to go for lunch and see a deer."
Kay Bagwell submitted a picture of the deer getting escorted out of the store.
Oh deer! This morning, firefighters from Station 22 helped this lost shopper find her way out of a grocery store and safely into a forested area nearby. Was she there to pick up some fawn-dant to ice a cake? Or maybe some elk-a-seltzer for a stomach ache? We’ll never know. pic.twitter.com/xvHZmIbgX6
