A German Shepherd puppy!

 

The baby will love it (and the puppy will love and protect the baby as long as he lives). However, I sure that the parents would be less that thrilled lol!

I would just buy him some jammy's in maybe a figural that he likes. My kids always went bonkers over jammy's. Can't go wrong.
