Why would a ten year old want to "sleep over" at a grown up's house and no children around?

 

I'd definitely say no.  If she's as precocious as implied, she could lie to her parents once she got home and tell them a grown up in your house molested her.....

 

Nope, no reason for her to stay the night.  As others have said gently tell her you don't do sleep overs but she's welcome to come over with her Mom.... period.

 

Strange request from a child IMHO....

Just say no.  There is no way I'd let her stay at my house.  Stay out of it unless you have proof the child is being abused.
