Looking for Betty Crocker recipe with picture of cake that looks like baby stacking rings toy

I saw a Betty Crocker recipe magazine at the checkout stand at a market. It had a very colorful cake on the cover that looked like a child's stacking colored rings toy (like Fisher Price for example). I'm so sorry I didn't buy it and now I don't see it any more. If anyone knows the title and month or other identifying info for this Betty Crocker recipe magazine, I would really appreciate it. I don't seem to find it looking on line or calling Betty Crocker customer service. Thanks. It looked very colorful and cute for a baby shower. Or baby party.

This isn't Better Crocker but it looks like the same type of cake. Looks like you could modify the recipe.
