Re: Help planning family vacation with family and two and a half year old granddaughter

We always took our boys to the shore and rented a big house on the ocean.  We'd swim in the first part of the day, golf, the arboretium, or rides and ice cream in the afternoon.

They loved resturants (and helped us chose resturants when they got older) with fresh seafood or we'd do it at the house.

Disney was about age 10 so they could really enjoy it.

We had a blast!

How about a car trip to D.C. or Williamsburg(and Busch Gardens).  With the ages of the kids, I wouldn't fly!
