As a mother my children even as adults will always come first before anyone,so I understand your  boyfriend. If you don't like it you can leave. We all have free will. Your not married so walk away. If you want to make it work,speak to your boyfriend,say I understand you want to help her but she needs to contribute to added expenses. We are not free babysitting service unless it's an emergency. Also there rules of the house that she needs to follow. If he can't do that then it's time for you to move on.
