My caramel trench came 2 days ago. It was packaged in a bag and on top of that, the mail lady shoved it into my mailbox. I called CS and was offered a $10.00 credit towards the dry cleaners pressing it, so it is only costing me $2.00. I’ll pick it up Wednesday.

Well, that's what his instructions said to do.  I've washed the previous trench coats and had the same great results too.
