I'm not sure if these are Every Needle Rib so there's usually more stretch on those.

I just noticed this had free shipping too (which it did not a little earlier).  As to size, I can either be a Small or Medium depending on the top, but since I've lost weight recently and the click here measurements look in line, I was thinking of Small in Navy.  Hopefully that is right.  In my cart now...

Apparently the free shipping started this PM but I was able to get the shipping & handling removed from the 2 orders I placed today -- ruffle blouse & the polo sweater.
