@GraceCO Yes, the copper ox is gorgeous! I was wearing a WK turtleneck swing sweater in port yesterday when I tried it on. I am very happy they were still available and CS agreed to send out before they received the defective one back! Enjoy your silver. I wanted that one also, but decided to wait until the Flower Power was available. I ordered that in both gold and silver. They shipped Monday, so I won't receive till next week. 

 

Quality control is something I think everyone seems to be lacking lately, not just QVC. I ordered my son a Sherpa blanket from Shutterfly for his birthday coming up and it came with not 1, but 2 huge rips in the seams. They weren't small either. One was almost 4 inches long! There is no way someone looked at it before it was packaged and sent out. That item was personalized, which I would think required someone to look at.
