I have contacted corporate customer service and am awaiting a call back regarding my $350 order that is due to arrive in 3 days yet is in preparing to ship status. Order authorization on cc was at 1:21am on 10/14. Yes 6 days ago.
If you would like to call the number is (484) 701-1000, corporate customer service. Supposed to be office of the president. I left a message and am awaiting a callback.
Please do the same since it seems corporate does not read the forum.
