I measured the crossback of the pink crepe tank and that cap sleeve black and blue 'eyelash' print, both in Smalls and felt the jacket in the XS would be fine. I also think the armhole height is pretty wide in the Small on that jacket. The XS is closer to armhole height I am more used to. I wear a 38B in bras and think the 42" in the chest in the Small would be like a 'big shirt' and I think the 40" in the XS would be better for me.
