All QVC employees have to take traing courses again. They give out false information instead of just saying I'm sorry I don't have any infomation to share. At least that would be honest.

@MarilynM  It's a shame what is happening to QVC's customer service.  Years ago the employees were professional, knowledgable and very helpful.  Nothing stays the same forever but QVC really needs to retrain some of their employees.  It's becoming a joke to try to get accurate information from them.
