I just received and returned for exchange my latte embroidered skirt. Do you recommend I wait for the exchange or just go ahead and order the correct size now?
I would really hate to miss out.

Hi @clarika,
If you really want to hedge your bet to get a Linea item you love from QVC, then order it now. It's a huge question mark whether or not your exchange request will be processed properly. Not to mention a long wait time for a possibly incorrect exchange to ship. Unfortunately, shopping with QVC is anything but convenient. It's stressful and time consuming. I'm willing to accept these 2 things in exchange for Louis' beautiful designs.

@clarika - If you really want it, I recommend you go ahead and order it. Today is free shipping, but as I write this, the website isn't allowing you to order. The couple of times I asked for an exchange, it took forever, (this was pre-covid) and by the time they processed it, the item was sold out. This is a reorder of the latte skirt, and it may not be reordered again. It's a crazy way to do business, and if we didn't love Linea so much, a lot of us would be outta here!

It's been my experience (over 25+ years of shopping here) that any time I tried to use an 'exchange', it takes so long that my size/color was sold out or I was refunded even if my size/color showed in stock currently.
If I really want the item, I reorder, then return.
