The issue was bumped to corporate, since CS says it cannot resolve it, although the reps agree I'm owed the credits. I've heard nothing from corporate and I see no refunds credited.
Anyone else have refund issues and any suggestions on what I can do?
I had shipping issues back in early summer this year and now, I don't use QVC's $3.50 shipping method. I bump mine up to UPS all the way. It's more expensive, not really cheap but worth it. I get my order in two or three at the most days. I found on the check out page, that there's a choice where the shipping is. There's an edit drop down menu and I choose the middle one. The last one is SUPER high. It's a shame really because QVC was using surepost and then it was switched to mail innovations and that's the very cheapest method which takes weeks.

I have an update, since I started this thread.
I think QVC Customer Service has really improved over the last few months. My returns are credited in about a week now. And, on my most recent return, I contacted CS with my tracking info and the credit was put into the system right away. Can't ask for more than that. Other retailers are taking at least 2 weeks, except Amazon, which is immediate.
I realize I may just be having a lucky streak and others are still having problems. That new rapid credit process described above really does work nicely tho.
