I bought the new pin/broach necklace when it first beame available a few weeks ago.  To my surprise and delight, it is now $20 cheaper.  A few minutes on a live chat with customer services and my refund is on the way

 

. I have loads of Linea jewelry, collected ever since the Q first started allowing Louis to offer jewelry as part of their settlement of the attempted massacre of the Linea line.  I was pleased to read recently that Mike George, the CEO who was in charge at that time, is now retiring. 

 

I have lots of "fine" jewelry, including pieces from that famous Aqua box store, I can no longer afford Tiffany pieces but I am quite happy with Chanel-look pieces that Louis brings to us at bargain prices.
