Port Color Is All Over Macy’s

Visiting Macy’s today for red gloves, I noticed the port color is very popular in women’s clothing. I saw several Calvin Klein separates in the port color.

Even print tops.

JJM,

For this "Portaholic," this season has been a dream.  Port, port everywhere!

Goldie76, Did you see the Floral Euphoria top at Coldwater Creek? It’s a perfect print top blouse for the port suit. I did buy it & reviewed it.

I remember that, JJM.  Thank you for posting.  How I remember shopping at my local Coldwater Creek before they closed.

Do you remember their catalog that was sent over a decade ago that always featured a dressy holiday dress for $100?  I do because I bought one almost every year.  After the financial meltdown in 2008, they no longer featured that sort of dress.

JJM,

Can you post that top again?

Thanks!

Thank you, JJM.  Port definitely has a dark eggplant look to it rather than a wine look, doesn't it?

Very pretty blouse.

Thanks Goldie, it looks great with the blazer & the super ponte pants.

I miss the B&M CWC, but I understand they are opening one in the Midwest I believe again.

Re: Port Color Is All Over Macy’s

Port is a great fall/winter color.  More cheerful and flattering than the dismal black, grays and browns.  I love it and have a lot, even a new lamb leather jacket.
