OK, some of my jewelry has shipped, but the Caramel Triple Stand has not. The Grey Fez has gone to Back Order as well! Geez.....

This is crazy. Sorry to hear about your Fez. My grey Fez has now shipped, along with the plum triple strand necklace. I'm unable to see as of yet which warehouse they're coming out of. Wondering if that's where the problem is coming from. What do you think? I also ordered a couple sale pieces that have flipped from process to backorder three times in a week. Feels like the system is operationally shoddy just too many times. SMH

So my 3 strand necklace in caramel has been ping-ponging between "in process" and "backorder " and is now back to "backorder" even though the item is listed as in stock. CS had no explanation, but did advise me not to cancel my original order and reorder the current "in stock" since they couldn't verify that the in stock status is even correct. Really frustrating...

Sorry, but CS gave you bad advice. My Caramel Triple Strand Order was doing the same, so I saw it was still available and ordered it again---and it already shipped!
