Orders "In Process" for 10 days and counting!

[ Edited ]

Seriously, how does the Q even stay in business?! This is beyond unacceptable. Both their order fulfillment and shipping process has to be totally revamped. How could the Q buy HSN when they can't even get their own house in order?  Both customers and shareholders should be up in arms at the incompetence!

And what bugs me most is that you cannot cancel when you get tired of waiting.

On other orders,  at most, I get a 30-minute to (maybe) an hour window in which to cancel.  As a result, I've changed my ordering habits.

I posted about a order placed during the last free shipping event...the 21st and it's still stuck in process since I last checked this morning.  I did post to CS area about it...but I notice so many of my orders are sitting there also for days and days...and of course you can't cancel it either!  They pull them and then they never are shipped out in a timely manner.  I sure hope they fix this...I just put in a few more orders today since they have the free ship going on now.

Me too, I had some of Valerie's pics "in process" for about 7 days, now they're on backorder.  I know these things happen, but it seems to be often with QVC.  Now I have to be a detective and make sure I wasn't charged for the item.  I don't need something else on the to-do list!

ITA! None of us need stuff added to our to-do lists, we're just trying to shop! LOL I have items that have now been "in processing" for seven days, they were gifts and now they will arrive too late for the birthdays I planned them for. Since I can't cancel, I'll pay for return shipping as well as having to "be a detective" and make sure I don't continue to be charged for them.

My port jacket was "in process" for over a month, finally received a letter saying that is was cancelled.

Sometimes QVC ships everything fast - other times they are very slow.  I think it has to do with the warehouse it is shipped out of.
