We can upgrade the shipping? I know we used to be able to do that. Do you have to order by phone? So glad you are getting resolutiom on this!

You can still upgrade, and miracle of miracles, the order I placed on Monday has already shipped. You don't need to call to upgrade. Just do it online when ordering. I did the Express Option, which costs about $12.50. It's not going to be something I do for all orders, but since they gave me a $10 credit, it was worth it. 

 

The original order is still showing In Process. Tomorrow will be 4 weeks In Process. I also still don't have the India Print top I ordered on the day it posted, but that at least is just bouncing around the postal system somewhere.

It arrived today. I ordered it Monday morning and it came Tuesday afternoon. How hard was that? Geez.
