@JustJazzmom Thank you. As much as I hate to do this, I ordered  two sizes to assure the fit. I don't particularly care for a tight fitting dress pant. I looked and looked at sizing and to be honest, my head started to spin. Learning that my Mother died this am did not help.

Honestly, I am getting very confused about sizing.  I ordered the 8 in these pants (I used to be between and 8 and 10 in his pants), but in stalking the wine ponte pants, I took a chance and ordered the 6 and they fit very well - not tight at all.  So I think I'll be fine with the 8s here - as they do seem to run smaller than his others - according to the measurements, but then who knows for sure?
