Dear Rochelle, my heart and prayers go out to you. When there is a strong bond and loving relationship between a mother and daughter there is nothing like it. I lost my mother a few years ago, and I know this is not something you every get over. I miss her every day. Try to be strong and remember all of the wonderful times you shared. I am so terribly sorry for your loss.

Rochelle, so sorry for your loss and I hope all the love you get from so many who understand and who care will help you through this.  It's not easy, I still miss my mother very much after 10 years.  Hugs....

   I’m so sorry for your loss.I lost my beloved mom almost 20 years ago.It still hurts!! But I’ve learned to live with it because I have a family that needs me.

Ooh Ladies, this is so hard. I get a lump in my throat and my eyes blur as I read your loving comments. There's been seven deaths in my immediate family within a couple years. That includes my dear, dear Father who passed almost a year to the date prior to my Mother. So much is gone in such a short time. With the exception of one sister, we all have birthdays next week. I am steeling myself for this milestone as @JustJazzmom so succinctly mentioned. I am a puddle.

@rochelleS I'm so sorry to read about the loss of your mother. This is such a unique and profound loss. You only have one mother and she only dies once. You are so wise to reach out to others at this time. I pray you will find comfort.
