@JustJazzmom Thank you for your suggestion but I called twice, both times being told there is no way to reverse an order from backorder to in process. When I mentioned that others were having their orders reversed, I was told that was impossible. Since both the trench and blazer are "wants" and not "needs", I cancelled my order. Who needs this frustration!

I just canceled my "backorder" for the Linea trench coat. All the current QVC glitches are becoming tiresome. If items are shown as being in stock when you place an order, they should truly be in stock.
