@Berlybaby  - thanks for mentioning the free shipping.  I had forgotten that black friday items have free shipping.  Customer service was able to do the refund.

I just called got the price adjustment & shipping cost back to my CC. 

Note: they subtract the lowered price from the original price but do not adjust the tax paid on the item. So you are still paying the tax as if it was the full price.

Hi All,

I ordered the navy sweater on the 18th, (order is still beeing preparred); just called asking for a price adjustment and was told since it's in the process of shipping she can't give me an adjutment right now ,will make a note so I will be credited the differnce once it shipps, also, can not refund my shipping....

I told her I would just REFUSE the package when I receive it and order another sweater today, she said I would still be charged for the return shipping even if the pckg. was not opened ...

Is this true ?
